    Σε εστίες στο πανεπιστήμιο του Leeds, οι μαθητές θα πρέπει να πληρώνουν πάνω από 140 λίρες την εβδομάδα για να ζήσουν σε ένα από τα 131 πολυτελή διαμερίσματα.

    Το ολοκαίνουργιο κτίριο, αξίας περίπου 15 εκατομμύρια λιρών, διαθέτει κινηματογράφο, αίθουσα παιχνιδιών, γυμναστήριο (με προσωπικούς γυμναστές με επιπλέον χρέωση), καθώς και αίθουσες μελέτης και δωρεάν πρωινό, καθημερινά.

    Τα διαμερίσματα διαθέτουν τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης, king-size κρεβάτια, Superfast ευρυζωνική σύνδεση, ενώ όλοι οι λογαριασμοί περιλαμβάνονται στην τιμή.

    Οι μαθητές μπορούν επίσης να επιλέξουν μια σειρά από προσθήκες για την αναβάθμιση του βασικού πακέτου τους.
