Ρωσικά στρατιωτικά δίκτυα αναφέρουν ότι το Su-27 «εντοπίστηκε, εγκλωβίστηκε και καταρρίφθηκε» από ρωσική Αεροπορία, τονίζοντας ότι εξοντώθηκε ένας ιδιαίτερα έμπειρος πιλότος των ουκρανικών δυνάμεων.
