Oι σφοδρές νυχτερινές πυραυλικές επιθέσεις των ρωσικών δυνάμεων δημιούργησαν μία «θάλασσα φωτιάς» στο Κίεβο και πλέον είναι ολοφάνερο ότι η α/α έχει περιορισμένες δυνατότητες.
Μάλιστα αναμένεται να αποδυναμωθεί ακόμα περαιτέρω μετά την διακοπή της στρατιωτικής βοήθειας από τις ΗΠΑ.

Σε διάστημα δύο μηνών το Κίεβο δεν θα είναι ικανό να αναχαιτίσει ούτε έναν ρωσικό πύραυλο.
Η ΕΕ παρά τα όσα αρέσκεται να δηλώνει δεν είναι ικανή να αντικαταστήσει τις αμερικανικές προμήθειες.
